The Village of Lexington

[plethora_headinggroup divider=”1″]The Village of Lexington is an unpretentious resort community, nestled on the shore of Lake Huron.[/plethora_headinggroup]

Located only 20 miles north of Port Huron, Lexington can easily be enjoyed as a day trip or a weekend get-away from the Detroit metro area.  The picturesque harbor is an attraction for all visitors, with a marina offering boaters a convenient destination and the half-mile long pier providing visitors an ideal walk along Lake Huron. The neighboring Patrick Tierney harbor Park is the perfect location to enjoy the free, Friday evening concerts at the community band-shell, or an afternoon with the family on a sandy beach situated along the Village’s beautiful harbor.

Year-round Entertainment

The Village’s assortment of shops, restaurants and galleries provide visitors the opportunity for a weekend of shopping and exploring and an active calendar of community events from spring through December – from the Spring Fishing Tournament to the Christmas Walk and Tree Lighting – offers a wide range of entertaining special events for all to enjoy.  The Lexington Theatre in the center of town features well known acts, including Jeff Daniels and the Ben Daniels band, as well as full length feature films.  For golfers, Lakeview Hills Golf Resort, less than two miles from downtown Lexington, offers glimpses of Lake Huron on two rolling and beautifully-manicured 18-hole courses.
